- Usage & device β IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring site, and similar telemetry collected automatically via cookies and analytics.
- Communications β enquiries, support tickets, and feedback you send to us.
2. How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you fill in a form on our site, place an order, enquire about finance or trade-in, sign up to our newsletter, or contact us by phone or email. We also collect information automatically through cookies and analytics tools when you browse the site.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who help us run our business, including:

5. Overseas disclosure
Some of the service providers above store data outside Australia (for example, in the United States or European Union). When this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle your information consistent with the APPs.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies β small text files stored in your browser β to keep you logged in, remember items in your cart, and collect anonymous usage statistics. We use Google Analytics 4 and may use Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Merchant Center to measure marketing effectiveness. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function correctly without them.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Our site is served over HTTPS, payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers, and access to customer records is restricted to staff who require it. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by Australian law. Tax and accounting records are retained for at least five years. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe, after which we will keep a minimal record of your unsubscribe request.
9. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to:

- Request that we correct information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete;
